The above Petition takes exception to the notice dated 19-3-1997 issued by the Tahsildar, Man, to the Petitioner calling upon the Petitioner to pay the land revenue in the sum of Rs.5,189/- and along with arrears the total amount claimed from the Petitioner is Rs.11,638/- The Petition was admitted on 21-8-1998, however no interim reliefs have been granted.
