Applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with the Najeeb 1/2

22&22.1. Cri.AS-ABA-931&932-2020.doc Crime No. 53/2020 registered with Kasara Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 427, 504, 506, 188 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After hearing, learned Counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the State, when this Court was not inclined to grant prearrest protection, learned Counsel for the Applicants on instructions sought leave to withdraw the application with liberty to surrender before the learned Magistrate on 23 rd December, 2020. In consideration of the fact that applicants herein are graduates and likely to appear for exam of Railway Recruitment Board, the learned Judicial Magistrate is requested to decide their bail application on the same day of its filing, on merit, without being influenced by this order. Applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3.

It is clarified that the time granted to the applicants to surrender on 23 rd December, 2020 shall not be construed as a protection granted by this Court.
