This is an application for extension of six months to comply with clause No.6(viii) of the Order dated 07.05.2015 passed by this Court while releasing the Applicant on bail. The present application was filed on 06.06.2016 and the said period of six months has already came to an end on 06.12.2016. It is to be noted here that even after 06.12.2016, one more year has lapsed, however the Applicant has failed to comply with the said condition No. 6(viii) till today.

By the said order, in paragraph No.9, this Court has granted liberty to the prosecution/complainant to seek cancellation of Applicant's bail if, the Applicant failed to comply with the undertaking given or in case of breach of any of the condition imposed upon him.

Application is accordingly rejected.
