P.C.:- Mr. Sanglikar, the learned counsel for the Applicant/Original Respondent No. 1 submitted that, the crossexamination of his witness by the Respondent/Original Petitioner is in process and therefore, the Estate Officer could not complete the inquiry of the Respondent No. 2 despite grant of extension by this Court on earlier occasion.

For the reasons stated in the Application, the period to complete inquiry in case Nos. 40 and 14A of 2003 pending before the Respondent No.2-Estate Officer is hereby extended by four months 1/2
