Heard the learned counsels for the respective parties. 2.

By this application, the applicant / insurance company has sought stay of the execution of judgment and award dated 21st August, 2013 passed by the Ex-Officio Member, MACT, Raigad-Alibag in MACP No. 292 of 2007 wherein the Claims Tribunal has awarded compensation of Rs.2,25,000/- with interest @ 6% per annum to the respondent nos.1 & 2 herein from the date of filing of claim-petition till full realization of the entire compensation amount.

Ms. Poonam Mittal, learned counsel for the applicant states that

P.H. Jayani 04 CAF2271.14.doc the applicant / insurance company has already deposited before the Claims Tribunal an amount of Rs.2,73,000/-. Statement is accepted. 4.

In the light of said statement, execution of judgment and award dated 21st August, 2013 passed by the Ex-Officio Member, MACT, Raigad-Alibag in MACP No. 292 of 2007 is stayed till the disposal of the appeal on merits.
