Mr. Ajay Joshi, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners submits that in view of the subsequent developments i.e. setting aside the impugned order dated 3 June 2015 passed by Sub Divisional Officer, Pandharpur, District Pandharpur, on 23 July 2015, he received instructions to withdraw the present Petition.
