1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] This Petition has came to be filed seeking directions to Respondent No.1 to not to take any coercive action whatsoever against the Petitioner's Trust while their members playing "Rummy". 3] The learned APP on instructions submits that the police have never entered into the premises of the Petitioner Trust and even if such occasion does arise or it becomes necessary, they would follow due process of law as mandatory.

4] In view of this, Writ Petition No.2536 of 2018 stands dismissed as withdrawn since no cause of action has been indicated in the Writ Petition.
