Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification/relaxation of clause (a) of para 4 of the order dated 2nd May 2019.

It appears that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram : A. S. Gadkari, J.) vide order dated 2nd May 2019 on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two solvent local SQ Pathan 1/2

appp.844.19.925.doc sureties in the like amount. He submits that the applicant is unable to secure local sureties and hence, requests for modification of the aforesaid condition.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed. Clause (a) of para 4 of the order dated 2nd May 2019 is modified. The applicant is permitted to furnish PR bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount. Order accordingly. Rest of the conditions to remain as it is. Application is accordingly disposed of.
