Heard learned counsel for the Applicant in Civil Application No. 1638 of 2016 seeking early hearing of the Petition. Keeping in view the age of the Petitioner who is a retired employee and the fact that the matter is of 2003, we direct the Registry to list Writ Petition No. 6228 of 2003 for final hearing by adding it in the final hearing board in January, 2017.
