By this Application, the Applicant has sought withdrawal of the compensation deposited by the Appellant - Insurance Company. The Applicant was earlier permitted to withdraw 40% of the compensation. 2.

Considering the defence of contributory negligence raised by the Appellant, at this stage, I am not inclined to allow the Applicant to withdraw any further amount of compensation.
