Heard learned counsel for Applicant and learned AGP for Respondent nos.1 and 2 on Civil Application No.2586 of 2015 seeking condonation of delay in filing Civil Application No.2587 of 2015, as also Civil Application No.2587 of 2015 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.3190 of 2010, which suffered dismissal for want of prosecution. For the reasons stated in the applications, delay in filing the application and also for non appearance of the counsel for Petitioner/Applicant when the matter was called out is condoned.
