This Court is informed that the Appeal is fixed for hearing before the Sessions Court on 16th March, 2024. As the challenge is to the stay of the order of arrest warrant pending the hearing of the Criminal Revision Application, and, the Revision Application is fixed for hearing on 16th March, 2024, in my opinion, instead of deciding the validity of the interim order, the parties can be directed to argue the Revision Application on 16th March, 2024. It is made clear that no adjournment is to be granted on 16th March, 2024. The Sessions Court is requested to decide the Revision Application expeditiously and preferably within period of two weeks, after hearing the arguments on 16th March, 2024.

Needless to clarify that this Court has not gone into the merits of the Petition and all contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open.
