2] Investigation in the matter is already over. It is claimed that there are no criminal antecedents against the Applicant. Nature of injuries suffered by the complainant are simple in nature. Applicant is behind bar for more that two years.

3] In the aforesaid backdrop, case for grant of regular bail is made out.

Bond in the sum of Rs 15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Nerul Police Station and at the place of work of the complainant till trial is completed.
