P.C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Khade, PSI, D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime, the investigating Agency i.e. D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai has submitted"C-Summary Report" in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate 66th Court, Andheri, Mumbai.

2) In view thereof, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy to contest the said "C-Summary Report" before the trial Court, if it is not accepted till today or to adopt appropriate other remedy in that behalf.
