Learned APP informs that benefit of remission scheme is already declined on 6/11/2017.

After hearing respective counsel we find that Additional Sessions Judge, Sessions Court, Mumbai has submitted a negative report on 6/11/2017 to Superintendent of Nashik Central Prison. 3.

In this situation, we direct the competent Authority to pass suitable orders in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Copy of letter dated 6/11/2017 sent by the Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Gr. Bombay is taken on record and marked Exhibit 'A'.

Accordingly, with these directions, writ petition is disposed of. 6.
