The benefit of State remission on account of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is declined to petitioner on 30/08/2017 by the Additional Sessions Judge­1, Raigad, Alibaug. 3.

Learned APP submits that State Government has to take further decision in the matter.

We grant petitioner leave to make appropriate representation in this regard to State Government alongwith copy of the court order. If such representation is made within six weeks from today, the State Government shall consider it in accordance with the law. 5.
