This Civil Application is for recall of a dismissal order passed in Civil Application No.155 of 2013. That Civil Application was for condonation of delay in filing the present Second Appeal. The Civil Application was dismissed for default. The present Civil Application explains the reasons for default. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the order of dismissal passed in Civil Application No.155 of 2013 is recalled and set aside and the Civil Application is restored to file. Civil Application No.155 of 2013 to come up on board for orders on 3 February 2017.
