Considering the reliefs sought in this petition, which are based upon the order dated 5th June, 2023 passed by 6th Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan on Exh.25 in RCS No. 215 of 2023, we are of the view that the petitioners would have to take recourse to the appeal as provided under the Civil Procedure Code and, therefore, this petition cannot be entertained by this Court. 3.

With liberty as above, writ petition is disposed of. Kept all contentions open.
