DATED : 18th JUNE, 2019 P.C:- Application is filed for expeditious hearing of the Sessions Case No.50 of 2018. The applicant is an under-trial in the said case. The grievance made in the application is that Sessions Case is not being heard expeditiously. First Information Report is registered on 27th January 2018. Applicant is arrested on 1st February 2018.

Many old cases are pending in the Sessions Court. Therefore, we are not inclined to give priority to this case. Accordingly we dismiss the Writ Petition.
