This application seeking stay to the operation, execution and implementation of the judgment and award dated 14/11/2018 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik in L.A.R. No. 254 of 2010, subject to condition of depositing the entire amount as per the award along with interest, within a period of ten weeks from today.
