The civil application seeks recall of a self operative dismissal order passed by Registrar, Judicial-I for non-compliance with office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the dismissal order dated 30 September 2013 is recalled and set aside and the petition is restored to file. The Petitioner may comply with the office objections and do the needful within four weeks from today, failing which, the petition would stand rejected under applicable Appellate Side Rules without recourse to this court. The civil application is disposed of accordingly.
