The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that he has returned the papers and has given no objection. No alternate arrangement is made. The Petition is pending since the year 2016. The Petitioner has sought to question excavation activity going on the property situated at Maje Kashi Survey No. 94, which according to the Petitioner is reserved forest and is also reserved for cattle grazing land.

The Petition seems to have moved in larger interest. The Petition has remained pending on the file since June 2016. The status of the activity as of today is not known. No additional affidavit is filed.

In these circumstances, we dispose of the Petition, keeping the cause open, if it survives, to be agitated by a bona fide public spirited person/ entity having no private interest after following the Bombay High Court Public Interest Litigation Rules, 2010.
