The applicant in Bail Application No. 568 of 2021 was arrested on 8th November, 2020, whereas the applicants in Bail Application Nos. 1356 of 2020 and 1297 of 2020 were arrested on Manish S. Thatte Manish S. Thatte Date: 2021.03.15 14:14:53 +0530 23rd June, 2020 in connection with C.R. No. 265 of 2020, registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan for offences
under Sections 307, 323, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 188, 504, 120(b) of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC") 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 19th June, 2020. The injured Aniket Pujari was assaulted by the applicants. It is alleged that applicant Sandeep was armed with knife and he gave blow on the abdomen of the injured. The accused Shivaji was also armed with knife and he assaulted the injured with knife on his thigh. The injured had sustained one injury on the abdomen and other injury on thy. As far as the applicant Shailesh Jadhav was standing near the place of incident. However, he has not participated in the assault nor he was armed with any weapon. 3.
Learned APP submitted that three other cases were registered against Sandeep. One case is under Section 307 of IPC, second under Section 498-A of IPC and third under Section 324 of IPC. Learned counsel for the applicant however submitted that in the case registered for offence under Section 307 of IPC, this Court granted anticipatory bail. In the case under Section 324 he is on bail and third case arises of matrimonial dispute. 4.
Learned APP submitted that one case is pending against Shivaji Sopan More. The offence was registered in the year 1996 under Section 326 of IPC.

Considering the fact that the victim was out of danger and applicants are in custody for substantial period of time, on stringent conditions bail can be granted to them.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Bail Application Nos.1297 of 2020, 568 of 2021 and 1356 of 2020 are allowed;
(ii) The applicants are directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 265 of 2020, registered with Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station, Kalyan on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicants Sandeep Dashrat Patil and Shivaji Sopan More @ Shive shall stay out of jurisdiction of Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station till further order. They shall provide details of their place of residence and phone number to Investigating Officer.
(iv) The applicants shall attend Trial Court regularly on the date of hearing of the case unless exempted by the Court for some reason.
(v) Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
