1] This is an application for modification of condition No.6(ii) imposed upon the applicant while releasing him on bail by an Order dated 4th May 2018. The said condition No.6(ii) reads under: aThe applicant shall within the said period of six weeks, furnish P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount.oo 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant is an ordinary resident of Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat and it is difficult for him to furnish local solvent surety/sureties in the like amount 1/2

He submitted that the maternal uncle of the applicant has expressed his willingness to stand as a surety for the applicant and necessary details thereto have been annexed to the present application. That the said surety hails from the city of Ahmadabad, State of Gujarat.

3] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the applicant is permitted to furnish surety namely Shri Kamlesh C. Dandawala, resident of Hirabag, Ahmadabad as per documents annexed to the present application from page Nos.13 to 19. Accordingly period to furnish the said surety is hereby extended by 8 weeks from today. The concerned Court is hereby requested to get the said documents verified from the Investigating Agency before accepting the aforesaid surety.
