Heard learned Counsel for parties.

By this Writ Petition fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider their decision by which they cancelled Letter of Intent issued in favour of the Petitioner for proposed Sheheri LPG Distributorship at Bhayandar, District Thane. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present Writ Petition and before that they complied with all the terms and conditions as per Letter of Intent issued by Respondent Nos.1 and 2. He further submits that the Petitioner also made representation dated 11th February, 2019 (Exhibit 'W' to the Petition). The said representation is still pending for hearing and disposal on its own merits. He submits that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 should decide their representation as early as possible on its own merits. In view of the above following order is passed:- a) The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 11th February, 2019 (Exhibit 'W' page 68 to the Petition) on its own merits as early as possible but in any case on or before 9th April, 2021and inform the decision to the Petitioner in writing.

b) Liberty granted to the Petitioner, if they so desire, to place on record additional information and / or documents in writing before Respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are going to decide

representation dated 11th February, 2019 on or before 12th March, 2021.
