The limited grievance raised by the petitioner in this application is that he was not produced before the trial Court on dates fixed for trial in the case arising out of C.R. No. I-310 of 2015 registered with Manpada Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 pending before the concerned Court. In case, the trial is not concluded the concerned Court is directed to expedite the trial. 2.

The concerned Police Officer/ Jail Authorities shall ensure that the petitioner is produced before the trial Court on each effective date of hearing.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
