15th December 2017 P.C. (In chamber at 2.45 pm) The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 133 days in filing the above Review Petition. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in paragraph 3 and 4 of the Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that the Applicant/Review Petitioner had applied under the Right to Information Act for getting the necessary information as regards the pension of the Respondent/husband. In the said process some time was lost resulting in the delay of 133 days in filing the above Review Petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent/husband Shri Ameya Deshpande opposes the above Civil Application, but ultimately leaves it to the Court. lgc
(901) cao-236.17 Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application and considering the fact that the Applicant/Review Petitioner is prosecuting the proceedings in respect of her maintenance, a case for exercise of discretion in favour of the Applicant/Review Petitioner is made out.
