1) At the outset, the learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the Investigating Officer has verified the facts as mentioned in the Order dated 28/6/2016 passed by this Court. She further, on instructions, submitted that, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and have joined the process of investigation and the custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary. I have perused the record pertaining to the present case. Both the applicants are ladies. The applicant no.2 is aged about 70 years. The applicant no.1 is about 52 years.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 28/6/2016 is hereby confirmed.
