Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the Learned APP.

This is an application seeking relaxation of condition. By an order dated 30th April, 2014 this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J) had directed the applicant to be enlarged on bail. The Court had directed the applicant to attend Shanti Nagar Police Station at Talwalkar 1/2

14.appp526.15.sxw Bhiwandi, once in a week on every Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. till conclusion of the trial.

It is not disputed by the respondent State that the applicant has complied with the said directions till today. The applicant is seeking relaxation of the said condition. The condition needs to be relaxed and is being relaxed by passing following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant shall attend Shanti Nagar Police Station at Bhiwandi on 1st Sunday of each month till conclusion of the trial. The application is disposed of accordingly.
