By Judgment & Order dated 21.12.2016, the applicant has been convicted and sentenced in POCSO Case No. 437 of 2014 by the Special Judge under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Greater Bombay. Being aggrieved thereby, the applicant has preferred Criminal Appeal (St) No. 549 of 2017. In the present application, it is prayed that an Advocate be appointed to represent the applicant in his appeal.
