Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is challenging the Notices dated 8th February, 2021 and 28th July, 2021 issued by the Respondent -Corporation to the Petitioner-Company. 2.

Notice dated 8th February, 2021 has been issued under the provisions of Section 478 (1) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act whereas the Notice dated 28th July, 2021 has been Trupti 1/2

2/2 14-wp-3830-2021.doc issued under the provisions of MRTP Act.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent -Corporation states that so far as the Notice dated 8th February, 2021 is concerned, the Respondent -Corporation shall not press and/or act upon the said Notice. We accept the statement.

So far as the Notice dated 28th July, 2021 is concerned, the Petitioner is granted 30 days to give answer to the Show Cause Notice. Upon Petitioner answering the Show Cause Notice along with documents, if any, the order shall be passed by the Respondent - Corporation in accordance with law.

In the event, the order is adverse to the Petitioner, the Respondent -Corporation shall not act upon the same for a period of three weeks from the date of communication of the said order to the Petitioner.
