Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that though the officer of the Petitioner has not signed the consent terms, specific written instructions have been received from the Deputy General Manager (Legal), to settle the dispute. He tenders a copy of the letter which is taken on record. At the request of the parties, the consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
