Heard. Both the counsel submit that the matter is settled out of court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 20.07.2018 duly signed by the parties. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Both the counsel submit that the Appellant as well as both the Respondents are present in court.

901.207.14-fca.doc The Appellant as well as both the Respondents entered into witness box. They admit the contents of the Consent Terms and also execution thereof. The Appellant as well as the Respondent submit that they have no objection if the Family Court Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

By consent of the parties, the Family Court Appeal stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms be treated to be part and parcel of the decree.

Undertaking given by the parties in paragraph Nos.4, 6 to 9 are accepted.

In view of disposal of the Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in the above Civil Applications. Same stand disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
