Earlier bail application filed by the present applicant was rejected by this Court on 4th March, 2016 with observation that the applicant is the neighbourer of the prosecutrix and evidence of the prosecutrix is not yet recorded. It is further observed by this Court while rejecting the earlier application that releasing the applicant at this stage may hamper the fair course of justice. The learned APP points out even as on date evidence of the prosecution is not yet recorded.
