Criminal Application (APL) No.1710/2019 is not on board. As parties are present, it is taken on board.

In-laws are before this Court questioning the very same FIR dated 25/9/2014. That FIR is essentially out of matrimonial discord. 3.

Applicant No.1 and Respondent No.1 (Application (APL)

rsk 2/2 70-APL-622-15.doc No.1710/2019) have settled the same and Consent Terms were presented in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Thane in Marriage Petition No.A-383/2014 on 13/9/2019 and since then they are residing together. Respondent No.1 has accordingly tendered affidavit giving no objection for quashing of FIR and consequential proceeding. 4.

In the Court also they state that they wish to stay together for rest of their lives.
