The grievance of the Petitioner is that though the proposal for grant of benefits of the post of Trained Graduate Teacher's Pay Scale has been submitted by Respondent No. 1 - Institute before Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer, the same has not been considered by Respondent No. 3 as yet.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 3 - Education Officer to examine the proposal submitted by Respondent No. 1 in regard to the Petitioner's claim for grant of benefits of the post of Trained Graduate Teacher's Vishal Parekar 1/2

10-wp-6311-2012.doc Pay Scale as expeditiously as possible but not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

Before taking any decision in the matter, the Respondent No. 3 shall give an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

With the aforesaid direction, the Petition stands disposed of.
