The Collector, Palghar is present before this Court through video conferencing. He has informed the Court that he has gone through the papers. He states that the impugned Order passed by Respondent No. 2 is harsh and needs to be withdrawn. In view thereof, the impugned Order is allowed to be withdrawn. 2.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the above Writ Petition and the same is disposed off.
