P.C. :- 1] The Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune has filed an affidavit, which is taken on record.
2] Mr. Dilip Bodake, learned counsel for respondent Nos.24.2, 24.3, 24.6, 24.7, 24.9 and 24.10, on basis of instructions, makes a statement that the application dated 20 June 2016 made by some of the respondents before the Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune will be withdrawn. In fact, he seeks leave to withdraw the said application, 1/2
DSS caw-1545-16 at this stage itself. Mr. Bodake seeks such leave, as, according to him, the respondents had filed an application dated 20 June 2016, only in order to seek proper and effective compliance of this Court's order dated 16 June 2016. Further, Mr. Bodake points out that this Court, in its order dated 28 June 2016 has also approved the appointments of Mr. N.H. Jadhav and Mr. M.S. M.Y. Rachbhare in order to supervise the election process.
3] Considering the aforesaid, leave is granted to withdraw the application dated 20 June 2016 and the said application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. In view of the withdrawal of application dated 20 June 2016, obviously, the order dated 21 June 2016 made by the Joint Charity Commissioner does not survive and in any case, even the same is formally set aside. 4] In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are necessary to be passed in Civil Application No. 1545 of 2016, which is hereby disposed of.
