P.C.:- The Applicant herein, who has been convicted and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for 10 years for committing ofence under Sections 4, 6, 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Ofences Act, 2012, has fled this appeal alongwith application for condonation of delay. Having gone through the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufcient grounds, delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
