The applicant, who is granted bail, has moved this application seeking further time of six months to comply with order passed by this Court.

According to the learned counsel for the applicant, though he has complied with part of order by depositing Rs.20,00,000/- out of amount of Rs.One Crore before he availed the bail, remaining Rs.80,00,000/- could not be deposited in the Gaikwad RD 1/2

(914)APPPNo.4822016 bank in spite of his efforts to sell his flat and has thus prays further period of six months to deposit balance amount of Rs.80,00,000/-. Perused the documents filed with the application, which are advertisements in Daily Newspaper 'Janmabhumi' dated 20th June 2016 and 21st June 2016 with respect to the sale of flat of applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that though he is contacted by prospective buyers, the flat is not getting the desired sale price and this being the only property, which can be sold out by the applicant to make payment of Rs.80,00,000/-, has prayed for further time to deposit balance amount as above.

Having considering the facts, as aforesaid, and as applicant is already found to be entitled to be released on bail by imposing condition, time as prayed is necessary to be granted, however, instead of six months, time of four months from today is further granted to applicant to deposit Rs.80,00,000/- with the bank.
