Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the order impugned dated 02/04/2019 wherein parties to Summary Suit No. 1347 of 2017 were directed to argue Notice of Motion fled by defendants under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Merely because parties are directed to commence their hearing on Notice of Motion, same cannot be termed as order by which
