By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 332 days in filing second appeal.

It is not in dispute that the decree passed by the First Appellate Court has been already executed. This civil application is pending since 2015. I have perused the grounds raised in the civil application. 3.

No reasons are recorded in the civil application for condonation of delay of 332 days in filing second appeal. No case is made out for condonation of delay. Civil application is accordingly dismissed. 4.

In view of dismissal of the civil application, Second Appeal (L) No.17456 of 2015 is also dismissed. No order as to costs. [R.D.DHANUKA, J.]
