This is an application for expediting hearing of the appeal, on the ground that services of the Applicant/Appellant have been terminated in view of his conviction in Sessions Case No.251 of 2016 for offence under Section 354 of IPC read with Section 12 of POCSO Act 2012 vide Section 235 of Cr.P.C. Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has already challenged the order of termination by filing an appeal. He submits that the Applicant has chances in succeeding in this appeal.
