Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks relaxation of condition no.(iii) of para 6, imposed by this Court vide order dated 22nd October, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2125 of 2018. 3.
Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that considering the applicant's nature of job, the applicant is required to travel frequently out of
2/2 922-appp.845.2019.doc India, and as such seeks complete relaxation of the condition no.(iii) of para 6.

At this stage, it is not possible to relax the aforesaid condition completely. However, the same is modified to the extent, that instead of the applicant reporting to the Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai, once in a month on first Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial, the Applicant shall now report to the Oshiwara Police Station, Mumbai, on the first Saturday of every alternate month, between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till the conclusion of the trial. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 22nd October, 2018, to remain as it is. However, the applicant is granted liberty to renew his prayer after one year.
