Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer to dispose of this Petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee before him the Petitioner's matter is pending to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the Petitioner's claim for validation of his caste claim, expeditiously. 4.

Keeping in view the fact that the Petitioner's matter is pending before the Committee since 2011 we are inclined to dispose Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-51-wp-10163-2016 of this Petition by directing the concerned Committee before whom the Petitioner's matter is pending to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's Caste claim validation as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
