In crime No.48/2018 for offfence punishable under section 454, 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Kamothe police station, District Raigad, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

The applicant shall attend the investigating officer on 15th, 18th, 22nd and 28th January, 2019 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon and thereafter, as and when directed. 5.

The applicant shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
