By this Application, the Applicant has sought extension of time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.51,00,000/-. 2.

By order dated 16/06/2023, the Applicant was given two weeks time time to deposit the balance amount of Rs.51,00,000/-. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that an amount of Rs.51,00,000/- has been deposited before this Court on 30/06/2022 vide demand draft dated 501129 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd. He has placed on record copy of the letter. The same is taken on record.
