2) The learned Counsel for the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submit that the petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 have amicably resolved the dispute and consent terms have been executed.

3) The learned Counsel seek leave to tender the consent terms.
4) Mr. Pradip Chopade, the petitioner, and Mr. Prakash Kamble, In charge Principal of K.N. Bhise College of Arts and Commerce, Vidyanagar Bhosare (Kurduwadi), respondent No. 4, are present before the Court.
5) They admit the contents of the consent terms and execution thereof.
6) The consent terms are supported by an affidavit sworn by Mr. Mr. Pandurang Ganpat Patil, the Principal of respondent No. 3- Trust.
7) Upon being inquired, Mr. Chopade, the petitioner submits that he is agreeable to the settlement, as evidenced by the consent terms.
8) The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X". 9) The undertakings in the consent terms are accepted as the undertakings given to the Court.
10) The Petition stands disposed in accordance with the consent terms (X).
11) The impugned order dated 25th April, 2014, passed by the learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal in Appeal No. 26 of 2013, stands quashed and set aside.

12) Upon a proposal for approval being made by the respondent Nos. 3 and 4, the respondent No. 2 - Deputy Director of Education shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass an appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of such proposal.
13) The Petition stands disposed.
