Having heard the learned counsel and having perused the application, let the delay of 300 days in preferring this application be condoned.

Let the name of Respondent No.1 be deleted since deceased represented through Respondent No.6 by adding the words in the title :- "deleted since deceased - represented through Respondent Nos.2 to 6."

Let the amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 5.

Let the amended copy be served upon the Respondents within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The Interim Application stands allowed as above. Writ Petition No.14970 of 2022 1.
