Advocate for the Appellant submits that he received instructions from his client to withdraw the present proceeding with liberty to file appropriate proceeding i.e. Writ Petition challenging the order passed by Family Court under section 24 and 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Writ Petition as well as Civil Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
